Compare before and after a release
Choose countries and importance, then check the calendar’s timezone. Before a release compare forecasts with previous values; afterward distinguish actual results from revisions to prior data. An empty forecast does not mean zero or no change.
If a premium moves after a release, open its detail and check both quote receipt times and the applied FX. Different observation times, currency moves and venue liquidity can all affect the difference. A release does not guarantee a price direction or profit.
